Find instructions here on how to claim or access your online account if you have not recently reset your log in details.

Log in to your customer account to complete a number of actions related to your subscription:

  • Renew your subscription
  • Update your mailing address or billing information
  • Pause your magazine deliveries
  • Give or renew a gift subscription

How do I access my online account dashboard?

If you are not logged in, find the button to do so in the header. If you are already logged in, the button should read “My account.” Click here to log in. If you have not previously activated your online access or have not logged in recently, learn how to claim your account or reset your password.

I receive the magazine already; how do I activate my online account?

If you receive the magazine, you have an online account waiting for you to access it. Follow our account claim process to log in for the first time. You will be prompted to add an email address to your account if you have not previously.

How do I reset my password?

From the log in window, click the “Forgot your password?” link to start the process.

How do I update my email address?

The option to update your email address can be found in your profile settings in your account dashboard.

How do I change my subscription from print delivery to digital access?

How do I cancel my subscription from my online account portal?

Find the subscription you would like to cancel in your account dashboard. The option to cancel should be listed under Actions. Contact us online or by phone if you need more assistance.

I can’t remember if I’ve renewed my subscription. How do I check?

Log in to your account and look under Subscriptions in your dashboard. You may see an arrow to the right of your subscription. Click that arrow to expand a list showing the terms associated with your subscription. If after clicking the arrow you see lines marked “Scheduled,” those are additional terms of your subscription. Your subscription has been renewed through the end date of those future terms.

My subscription expired. Can I renew it?

If you were on a termed subscription and it expired, you are not able to renew that subscription via your account dashboard. Subscriptions are only eligible for renewal before their expiration date. Our previous termed subscription options are also no longer available publicly on our website. You can choose from our new recurring subscription options — no expiration date, they are active until you cancel them — or you can contact our customer service team at or (970) 527-4898 to add a new termed subscription to your account.
